A traditional hi-life song from the West Coast of Africa made popular by Obbo Addy. I went to Susan Addy to get her blessing to do my own take. Susan said they thought this came out of a fishing village. We left some native verses in there and then wrote some fishing lyrics immersed with some Africana slang. If is fused with some Carribean sounds. You'll hear steel pan, conch shells and Masamba's tama drum in this. Alex Addy also plays traditional Ghanian drums through the whole song
